It is the economy in general.... Has nothing to do with the town. The restaurant business is one of the toughest out there... And with an added element of the overall economy... We are teaming up with a few shelters locally to help them stay stocked in this hard time. We need blankets,towels,canned and bagged food(dog and cat)treats,toys, TIME, cleaning supplies, really anything. Anything anyone can do to help would be great! There are so many animals bring brought to the shelter daily and we dont need to talk about what happens when the population gets to high. There isn't enough volunteers to walk all the animals so they are forced to go in the cantainments and aren't enough volunteers to help clean regularly. Plese send me a message if you can help! Even if its just some change. I can meet anyone after 5 in surfside or feel free to message me and stop by our store. I have a 7x16 enclosed trailer i have hopes of filling within the coming days and bringing it to the shelters Saturday. **UPDATE donations can be brought to "TD's Thrift n More" 780 highway 17 Business south. Black trailer out back. Place items next to that after 5pm. Or we are open 10-5. Thanks again!
