Many Use LEGAL ZOOM if you feel you need to, may be cheaper than a lawyer. Here is a link by an attorney on legal zoom. It only says you need two witnesses, dont even need it notarized. Dont need an attorney. We did our own by following a form altho we dont have much. Ours is a simple will.
