The Epley manoeuvre worked immediately for my husband after months of vertigo. A doctor at Chichester Hospital did it for him but it certainly looked simple enough, he had to lay flat on his back with doc standing behind him and moving his head slowly from side to side(his head was off the table) check it out on google though. be careful, this happened to me with an ear infection and when I went to the ENT specialist in MALAGA she said she had never seen one so bad in an adult..I left it and left it. In the end 20 days of medication (4 types) but the threat of having the middle ear syringed through the drum was scary..her name is Begona Torres and she is brilliant if you need the number let me know

WE went to an audiologist in Velez Malaga, she was very good although spoke very little English. It is on the road going from the Town Hall towards F.Olmo (electric shop) on the right hand side. SHe looks in the ear with a camera & will show you on the screen if you wish to see yourself.

Yes I have been insulin dependent for 35 years and have never had problems buying Lantus and Novorapid over the counter in Spain. It's expensive but a 2 month supply won't break you. Bring a good supply with you from the States and stay somewhere with a fridge. A day out of the cooler only affects insulin's sell by date. A lot of nonsense is talked about this. Insulin isn't "no good" if its more than 5 hrs out of a fridge. Enjoy Spain!

We´ve just had ours done today! Very professional, and the guy speaks good English (studied in Melbourne), so we would recommend them. It´s Clinica Acharquia in Torre del Mar (Avda Andalucía 106). It´s close to where they hold the market not far from the bus station. Can let anyone have more details if you need them. Cost 40 euros per person.
