My suggestion would be the various intercambios that take place around the centre. Most have FB groups were you can sign up (Pachange is a good one). Also, for me, by far the best way to learn spanish has been throwing yourself in at the deep end and making spanish friends / talking to random strangers! Uncomfortable at first but you'll be amazed how quickly you pick it up!!

Amanda, I study Spanish at STiM (Spanish Teachers in Malaga). It is fairly central, the teachers are great, the classes are small and we have a great laugh! I highly recommend it. Link: https://www.facebook.com/163121324040709 STiM - Spanish Teachers in Málaga

There are indeed hundreds to choose from. Far and away the cheapest is the government-subsidised Escuela Oficial de Idiomas, which costs just 70€ for the entire year (usually four hours pw but can be up to eight hpw) plus you are guaranteed a place for up to six years, and after the first it drops to 50€ per year. BUT getting in is complex and involves being here on the right day to hand-deliver the forms. See their website for further details.

Before each exam that I took, I went for 2 or 3 targetted private lessons at Escuela Cervantes in Pedregalejo, and I highly recommend them. All teachers have been examiners for the DELE exams so know what is needed.

There was a long discussion about various language schools some time ago, which you can find if you put "language school" into the search box of the group. I recommended Escuela Cervantes in Pedregalejo from personal experience - I went there for a few lessons before each of my DELE exams and really like their style.
