Hi we used a “local guy” and still ended up having to call the manufacturer and have a certified tech come out. I would recommend calling the manufacturer for a certified technician. It may be a bit more expensive but they will most likely get it right the first time. This especially true if it’s an electrical or computer issue.

It's a really easy DIY if you feel up for the challenge. Get the make and model of your dryer and go to Cashwell's appliance on N Louisiana. New element should be $30-60, and it won't take a half an hour usually.
