Notary public might be able to do it. You print out the paperwork (try law.com) fill out and bring it to np I did my title transfer on a house and my will myself like that. $ 20 each. There is a law site where you can print out forms for 1 month for free. Just cancel before the month is up. Save $$$$ in lawyer/notary fees...
