I don't know of any travel agents although I'm sure there are some. Its not too difficult to do it yourself at hostels along the way tho. If you're in Beijing I would recommend Beijing Downtown Backbackers Hostel or Sanlitun Youth Hostel. Both are really good places and can help you plan everything. Even if you're staying in nicer hotels, you can go there to get travel info and stuff

Cuba Junky website has a great deal of info. I went there on my own just over a year ago. With 5 people it would be cheaper to rent a car than to take the bus from place to place. I loved staying at the Casas Particulares, and once you've booked your first place, they will find you your next casa.
