If you can get to a Chiropractor, they will be able to examine your spine to see what is going on and then correct any misalignment. Embrace Life have five Chiropractors and are located on the Mango Hill side of Anzac Avenue and are open Monday - Friday from 7.30 am and Saturday's from 8 am. Try applying ice for 10 - 15 mins on and off to see if that helps.
