Here is the recommendations from the internet. Try local PO first. If that doesn't work, send a certified letter to The Consumer Advocate, US Postal Service, Washington, DC 20260-6320. Google how to complain about your post office and you can find several helpful websites. Key will be documentation, as much as you can gather.

Call the Post Master in Gulf Breeze. Not positive, but pretty sure they over Navarre since the name on the post office use to be Gulf Breeze (maybe still is). If that doesn't work, as for District Manager.

Professional Movers of Navarre 850-939-1697, they moved my store full of antiques, did a fabulous job and were very careful and very professional. They were also much less expensive than Two Men and a Truck who I have also used.
