Trisha, you should contact the county administrator's office. His name is Hunter Walker; good guy, he knows how to do his job. He may direct you to the beach administrator -- I forget his name, Of coruse, you can always contact one or more of the commissioners. Finally, if you know a Realtor, ask about the county codes regarding signage.
