Marty Cozad who owns Shelter Home Improvements. He just redid our basement and was the best contractor by far that we've ever worked with (in remodeling 4 different homes in 2 different states). His sons work with him, which I found impressive. They all worked hard, with integrity, and respected our home as our home and not just their workplace (no cursing or slacking off on the job). Their pricing was clear and very fair and he was very respectful of working within our budget.
