I always felt like the price was reasonable and the servicemen have been with Affordable Appliance for years. Richie is the owner, but we have been helped out by Jeff on more than one occasion. And they show up when they're supposed to and quickly when it's an emergency

I use Waltham appliance. But before you call, try googling. Exact same thing happened to us and my husband was able to fix by restarting and turning drum at same time or something like that. No tools required.
