Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg. May sound a little wierd but it's a hotel that has an indoor waterpark. There used to be another hotel in Danvers that offered the same. Less than an hour from here off of Rt.2.

Cape Arundel Inn on Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport! Captain Jefferds Inn right near the Town Square is charming as well:)

If you can't find hotels try AirBnB.com a lot times they'll have great deals on apartments or homes and you'll have comforr and privacy

In Kennebunkport try The Lodge on the Cove, or the yachtsman. The Colony and Nonantum are both really large resort hotels with pools.

Residence Inn Needham is really convenient.

There’s a brand spanking new Marriott Residence over by TripAdvisor and a new Home Suites by Hilton which may be open then. I would opt for either over the Sheraton.
Can anyone recommend a hotel / resort in Bermuda that would be fun for a long weekend in May with 5 active boys aged 6-13?
Annemarie F. replied:
We lived there for 3 years, Fairmont Southampton gets my vote. You can walk over to Horseshoe Bay and take advantage of lots of activities. They also have a complimentary ferry over to Hamilton. Just a note, Cambridge Beaches doesn’t allow children under 13 or so.
Laura H. replied:
Fairmont Southampton Princess is the best. Great location - has ferry service (free) into Hamilton and also to the Naval Dockyard (cool old fort and dolphin quest). 3 Great restaurants and the trolley down to the beach - which is right next to Horseshoe Bay. There is a par 3 golf course, tennis, snorkeling and an indoor and outdoor pool - also an adult spa. We've taken our kids there many times. It's pretty kid friendly!
