If you just need Drain and Sewer cleaning there is a company called Huss Drain Cleaning - 766-4797. It's owned by Roger Huss and I've used him a couple of times before. He was reccommended to me by my brother who has had a lot of rental property in the Valley. He has used him may times over the years and is reasonable and reliable. I'm not sure but I don't think he does plumbing, just drain and sewer work.
