CORE360 is a personal training and small group training gym. Our personal training fee is R150 per session and our small group training is R790 per month for 4 sessions a week-Monday to Thursday. At this stage the small group training is only available at 8 am(females only) 1 pm(males only) and 5:15 pm(male & female) We will also be offering an outdoor warrior/bootcamp class on a Saturday morning that will be open to anyone@R50 per session.(This has to be booked for in advance) Have a great day and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
