I use Scott Peterson at Nephi Dental Clinic. Uses all the latest dental technology even no shots to numb your tooth for a filling. He uses a drip system. I love Dr. Rosenbeck at the Nephi Clinic. He listens to everything and even stops me in the grocery store to follow up.

I still have yet to find a great one. All I can recommend is to not go to Dr Lee(all around dental).:) but they have other doctors there too. I hate going to the dentist too even more so now from my bad experience.
