I highly recommend Judy Ann Phillips. We went through her when buying our first house. She is amazing! She was really good at listening to both my husband's and my concerns, wants, and needs. She was very honest and straight forward. And we ended up finding a house that was almost perfect for a great price. She was always calling us when she found something new that came on the market that she thought we might like and she was NOT pushy. We had looked at houses with several other realtors and most are horribly pushy and don't have your best interests in mind. They are just looking for a quick commission. She stuck with us for a good 6 months before we finally found our house. Awesome lady I recommend her to everyone!

Or just use Intermountain Properties and list it yourself on the MLS for a flat $150 fee. Super easy and most people will have no idea it's for sale by owner and you'll save thousands not having to pay a Realtor to do what you can do! It's super easy!
