If you're with Maccabi their Tivi clinic has a shiatsu practitioner called Beni (I've forgotten his last name). I think works out of main building on Ben Yamin and Agamim. Make sure to make "double" appointments so each treatment is an hour. Although shiatsu isn't deep tissue massage it's extremely effective. Am happy to talk directly if you want more info.
