Kfar Neter. Home prices start at 1.5 million u.s. Dollars. Moshav literally 3 minutes to new stadium. There is an exit marked industrial zone and Kfar Neter from hwy 2 . 7 km north on hwy 2 exit Netanya/Kfar Yona. Right at exit go three traffic lights in the direction of rte 6. At the third light turn left into moshav Beit Itzhak. Prices are approximately the same. Lived in both communities. Very nice. Personally not found of Even YEHUDA. Crowded and over built.
