You have to qualify for services they usually see applicants before 11 am. Dr Mayo's office is on Comal St behind nbu

Jennifer you have to qualify. I'd call first before just going to qualify, as I was told that Dr. Mayo is no longer providing services. If he is it may be a few weeks wait before being seen. If you are still interested you need your pay stubs, possibly your Tax Return, SS cards for all of you and your drivers license plus a utility bill or some type of bill with your name and address on it.
