Here's the website for vo-tech. They do adult education. It is a 4 year program with 150 hours of classroom per year. Monday and Wednesday nights. They are very strict with absences. But you also have to have a job with a plumbing company. And yes, it is paid. Not a lot, though. The state will pay for his schooling.
