I would recommend TNB Plumbing or Willie MacLean's plumbing and heating 902-2728204. I've used both and they are both excellent plumbers. TNB is more expensive than Willie, but that could have changed as it's been a while since I've needed a plumber.. I had a bad issue with one of the plumbers suggested here so you can pm me Amber if you want to know who.
