Dont let Vailancourt roofing use the warranty as the decision maker for you. Do your homework and get quotes from a few companies. I decided to go with Pento and Sons, they are scheduled to do my roof in 2 weeks. Dan has been very honest and transparent as we have made some changes to the roof since he quoted us. So far he is very easy to work with and doesnt go to the extreme of having all these warranties and blah blah blah as a sales pitch
