Our HVAC problem was a busted fan motor. The contractor can't find a replacement part so they want to replace the whole HVAC system. That sucks. And it's cold in here.

Check out Frederick Heating and Air Conditioning. They once got us repairs for free because they went back and double checked all manufacturers guarantees for the parts. Some were still under warantee.
