Our number is (503)533-5603 And our email is info@allspa.com I suggest an email with some pictures, a description of the issue, and info about your spas brand, model, and serial number. From this they should be able to find the parts and determine what can be done. We are open m-f, 8 am - 6 pm. The office is good at responding quickly.
