There is a ton of great activities for an active kiddo during summertime in Newberg. Mine did and still does a bunch:-) Her favorites when she was your boys age was Safety Town thru CPRD, swimming, and Music adventure Camp (its a week long where they go to an activity daily like swimming, bowling, scavenger hunt then songs and at end of week they do a performance for the parents Here's a few: CPRD has allot. Dr. Collins@Springbrook Chiropractic does a wellness class (1 time) and also offers a wellness coaching program that goes more in depth about everything. Essentially healthy eating as well as living a healthy life style. As far as the physical exercise part, I highly recommend Newberg Crossfit. They offer a 101 class that gives you an idea of what Crossfit is all about. I started with them in Feb and love it (coming from someone who has never liked working out:) )
