I'm not a real estate agent. (We used Steve Gray from Beaverton, who we highly recommend.) But one thing I wanted to warn you about buying houses older than 100 years... often they don't have a foundation, which becomes a MAJOR, expensive issue sooner or later. Fair warning. Can cause major structural problems throughout the house.
