Do you suffer from fibromyalgia or HMS? Have you had any success with hands on treatment? I'm looking for treatment to help with symptoms...
Vicky T. replied:
I have been diagnosed with fibro and also have osteo arthritis and hypothyroidism. I been seeing Lindsay Coker-Davies at Northcroft Leisure Centre for the last 4 years. I flex my visits & treatment depending on how much pain I have. Lindsay offers a ra nge of treatments including craniosacral and bowen therapy which are both gentle but effective. You can book appointments by texting or phoning her on 07775 598260. Lindsay suffers from back problems herself and understands what it's like to be in pain and how to alleviate it. Hope that helps

I can recommend Hazel Burgess for healing, this really helps with aches and pains. I have fibromyalgia and osteo arthritis. Also been told vitamin B12 helps with this condition and I take it every day. Massage can really aggravate tender spots so would not recommend that personally. Also have acupuncture regularly to maintain good health

Reflexology can help tremendously. Please visit my website for more information. Reflexology is using the feet to treat the whole body. Feels like a lovely relaxing foot massage to the client however is way more than that. Good luck www.settledsoles.co.uk

Lucinda, if you're looking specifically for a Chiro I'd actually recommend David Hamm. I often refer my clients to him. He's an osteopath so has 3 years more training than a Chiro and works on the whole body not just the spine. He's on 01635 40800. If you need soft tissue work I'm in the village and have been treating clients for 14 years. I'm on 07787 345 418. You're welcome to call any time
