Thatcham Osteopaths at Burdwood Centre in Thatcham knock spots off chirpractors as Osteo do bones AND muscles (chiro's do bones and physios do muscles) - Simon or Tania are both brilliant there. You'll never go anywhere again after going there:-)

As a nurse, I always recommend Osteopaths, Tiverton House in Newbury: Sophie Parkes is fantastic and she sorts you out and it lasts a long time. I have 3 prolapsed discs and 2 children under 2 so need to see her occasionally. highly recommended.

Robert at Thatcham Health Centre did wonders with mine hun. From my neck right down to sciatica in my lower back. I have had a trapped nerve in my shoulder for 10 years and I couldn't lay on my side without my whole arm going numb. Physio was pants but after the 2 nd session with him I was amazed at the difference. Money well spent. Good luck with getting you sorted.:-) Any back pain in nasty. X

I can highly recommend Rosemary at Total Chiropractic down Pound Street Newbury. She has worked wonders on me.
