There is already a plan for more affordable housing I think that is the Smart Grown at the Traffic Circle there will also be some units in new condo's on the River. The City is mandated to provide a certain number or units and has always been working towards that goal. The Affordable Housing Trust has public meeting amazing group anyone can attend.

The City has Chemistry in its DNA with Strem Chemical on Mulliken Way. Dr Mulliken who won the 1966 Nobel Prize in Chemistry and graduated from Newburyport High School. So a pharmaceutical company, testing lab, maybe for standardized THC ( marijuana active ingredient) would fit in?

Attract the University of Salem or NECC which would help anyone who would like to take college courses., Federal DOL might return and offer unemployment and training locally for employers to fill job openings and to help folks find jobs again.
Anyone know of a place that makes pasta in the area? Giuseppe's does not make the pasta we need for a dish for a wedding...the type of pasta is Tagliatelle Any leads...

Donut Jim's in gloucester. Right of Washington st 5 mins from 128, across from train station. Only bagels I'll eat. Order a dozen the night before, pick them up warm!! Berry and Asiago are my go to flavors!
