I haven't checked prices yet, but a few houses on my street have gotten a metal roof done in the past year. I love it and Ive spoken to my neighbors about it, and they couldn't be happier. We used Simon and Sons, very reasonable, very quick. However, my son learned some new words at the time Oops I meant T. Simpson. we used Simon and Sons for the windows. Sorry about that!

Rodrigo from Hummer Roofing. (416) 823-6676. We had our roof done last summer, before the epic polar vortex. Because our house is a corner house and the way it was designed, we experienced a leak in our house (as did all the other corner houses on our street). They're now looking into why our houses were designed like that but mentioned because we had a new roof done properly we minimized our damage significantly! Unfortunately nothing would have predicted or prevented the horrible weather we had last year.

We had Simpson Roofing when we lived in Sharon and they did an amazing job. Afterwards she told many friends and they were happy as well.

I would definitely recommend Simpson Roofing as well. They were amazing, so easy to work with, reasonably priced, went above and beyond with my very picky husband's requests. They were also incredibly clean, by the time they were done you would never know that our property was a construction site. They even swept our whole driveway and took the pile of dust with them!
