I generally don't use chains for home services, but was in a bind and used Kiwi Services. They repaired a section of carpet eaten by my son's puppy (seriously) and cleaned the carpet. Price for cleaning was $149 for 4 bedrooms, 2 hallways, dining room and stairs. They have a service plan where if I want them back for reclean in a year, I pay a $28 service charge and $4 per room.
