If you want a decent site it's going to cost thousands. From what I can tell they're selling software as a service. You'll never own the site. If you have a bad experience and want to move away, you won't be able to. They put as asterisk next to "10 pages" but didn't clarify what it means. Seems suspicious. They're probably "professionally designed" templates. Don't expect them to customise things to your needs, either. This will very much be a one-size-fits-all solution.
