My husband and I bought our house in OV last year! We used Kevin Salva with US Inspect. He was amazing and so helpful. Came very highly recommended. Let me know if you want me to message you his contact info!

It might have been me that recommended Safehouse. I've been referring them for 4 years straight. Came across them when another inspector couldn't get my client on his schedule and he recommended them. They were so good I never called the original inspector back. (There were some other reasons why I didn't go back to referring him too, didn't want to sound fickle there) I have yet to have a client that wasn't happy with them. His pricing would depend on square footage, if it's on a slab or crawl. An average sized home on a crawl would run 350-435. I believe he does a small military discount too.

We used John Yaroch of First Landing Home Inspectors. He was really thorough and pretty friendly overall. He was honest and highlighted each potential issue in both houses we used him for. He took heat readings of the panelboard to look for electrical circuits that were very heavily loaded and used an IR temp reader to ensure the temps coming out of each diffuser in the HVAC system were adequate. His reports were detailed and easy to read and he definitely helped us realize we should steer away from one house we were considering.
