I live in Trevarrian and I go to the Petroc surgery in St Columb, it's closer than Newquay and easier to get to, very friendly surgery ☺️ Good luck with the move, I've only been here two years but absolutely love it! Xx

Swimming... There's a club at Retallick and one at Fitness 4 U.. Couldn't tell you what they are like however these were highly recommended to me recently as I'm looking to start my daughter in lessons in the new year. We also use the Petroc Group practice doctors in Padstow or St Columb. Dentist we use one in the centre of Newquay on Grosvenor Road but can't for the life of me remember the name...! We're NHS patients and unsure if they're taking any more on but so far the dentist and staff here have been great to us. Finally welcome to the area

I have experience in both schools as my son went to tretherras and my daughter is at Treviglas. Both schools good but if I was to choice one I would say Treviglas . Doctors Narrowcliff surgery Hope this helps and good luck with the move .

I can highly recommend Narrowcliff Surgery as a holiday maker with an ill child they were amazing and went above and beyond. The GP we saw was lovely.

We moved down in October last year. My eldest starts Treviglas in September (she is 11). I would recommend looking at both secondary schools if you can. Narrowcliff surgery is v.good. Hope that helps, good luck with the move.

As you come out of the Health Centre, turn right, walk down to the bottom of the road and hey presto, Newquay Hospital (not 24 hrs) as it is a minor injuries unit.
