Niles trainer Bob Taylor thought Emma had it early in the basketball season. We may have some heel inserts she didn't use. The only real solution is rest. Try and sit when you can at work, and stay off your feet at home. May take a week or more to heel.

The best fix is to retire:)...LOL! Those concrete floors at Old Navy are horrible! I had lots of problems with that when I was working. Now that I am "retired" I don't have many issues. Your friends are right.. Dansko's, stretching, and iced bottle!

I think I have it, too, and I wear nothing but Danskos to work. I wonder how much worse it would be if I wore worse shoes?! LOVE my Danskos. They are pricey but worth it in the long run...they are sooo comfy and they last a while. Footprints.com has some good deals on them sometimes. Let me know what you figure out!!
