You can drain it and clean it yourself, Angie. You may have some sediment at the bottom and that can be the issue. Don't ask me why, just repeating what our plumber told us. Bet there's a youtube video on how to do it. We use Foley Plumbing out of Warrenton. They're good and reasonably priced. And good ole boys.
