Had a yellow lab same age do the exact same thing a couple of years ago. He ended up a diabetic. Prayers. Loving Care Animal Hospital was very good with him.

Can't control peeing could just be a bladder infection and antibiotics will help. I'd call some of the vets recommended here and ask if they'll do payment plans. Have heard good things about Care Credit too. Good luck.

Sounds like a bladder infection to me but please don't pute the poor dog down... My vet is in Venice but he's a good vet and has reasonable prices. Terry Gardner is his name. He will work with you.
