I goto Dr Foster at Southeastern DDS I use our CWA insurance u get $1200 a yr. No problem with INS. at all. He is at Providence in Publix CTN or you can go to Madison next to Old Time pottery He is there on certain days. U will love him and he is EZ on the eyes:) Also Douglas Hunter on Nolensville is a great guy but does not do CWA ins.
