Mike Diamond only charges the flat rate if the sink has its own cleanout. I paid a whole lot more to have them install one. "Why won't anyone tell me how much it costs to clear a drain over the phone?" "I'm sorry, ma'am, we actually have to send someone out to clear your drain. Our technology is not advanced enough that we can clear it over the phone."
