Boy..Dr. Parisher is still pracricing? He been around a minute..but has a good rep. Dr. Frederick Quarles does as well...and he's a geothermal....Mau be able to better relate to a black man's skin issue. You may have a photosynthetic rash. I get an eczema rash every time I'm in the sun longer than 20 minutes. Get you a good steroid/ anti-inflammatory cream. Thatllhelp get rid of your heeby newbies. Lol
