Angela McGrath. Send me your guys info. I see a melanoma specialist at Boston Medical Center and Beth Isreal. I have also been to Dana Farber. All my dermatology care is thru is BMC. They have a local office in Brockton. My doctor doesn't want to give me a referral to see the surgeon there even though my dermatologist is there. I have been going there for 5 years.

Also Steven Benson is great. He is on Emory street in Attleboro. He is connected to sturdy but I know he has no problem sending people out of network to get the best care. He sent my mother to Dana Farber.

Found addresses for Farnell in Deerfield Creek, Fl. and Coconut Creek, Fl. They are recent to the last few years but I wouldn't put big money on either to be a definite. Might help in the search though. The Deerfield Beach one looks most recent.
