Hi Nicole- besides doing stretches and strengthening, I use a product called Muscle Food on my arms, and especially my elbow. it has a high concentration of magnesium! which is food for our muscles! I put it on in the a.m. and continue to reapply between clients. 13 years in, I also focus on modalities like acupressure and MLD that are easier on my body. Are you getting regular massage yourself? Watching your body mechanics? Staying relaxed when you work? I'm amazed at how tense most MTs are when they work and their body mechanics tend to be pretty bad. These novel movements from Cory Blickenstaff, PT, are really good.
