Midwest Equine Dental Academy, they are a school so they are super inexpensive, do great work, and let you see what they're doing! I've been going there for 4 years now, and I put weight on rusty with ADM alliance feed, Im pretty sure you know rob Gingell, he sells it, AMAZING feed, they have a hotline you can call and talk to a feed specialicist and they'll give you custom rations, just find their website.
