Paulette... I still don't know. I'm showing up next week with no plan whatsoever. And just to clarify the outright absurdity of the circumstances... I have been in contract with my lender under a lease/option. I have 2 years in on this beautiful and amazing 5 bd/3 bath home situated in a scene straight out of a painting. Our arrangement was that 100% if all payments since original lease would be applied toward purchase price. At the end if the third year, he would then finance without having to apply balloon payment. Such an amazing opportunity. Sigh.... My dilemma, of course is my immediate health issues. I need to be closer to family and friends, as well as quality health care. Once I presented my desire to potentially leave state, my lender offered complete cooperation in allowing me to forego the agreement, IF he could either sell or lease to a satisfactory tenant before Aug. As it turned out, he had a family come in from out of state who happen to be professors at Ferrum College (2 min from house) who are willing to lay down a years worth of payment, in cash. Only contingency, they HAVE to be in the house by the 16 th of Aug. Sigh... I promised to help him, I am can't be responsible for another year if I can't be out by this date, and I need his upstanding referral of my stellar tenant-ship toward my next place. So, that's where the sudden urgency to pull of this off in a borderline unrealistic chain of events. It saddens me to no end, for many reasons to be leaving. I feel it's a logically foolish choice, in terms of opportunity and financially. But, sometimes, ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Besides, if I end up seriously visually impaired, who the hell in this neck of the woods is gonna be around to tell me if I'm dressed funny or if my Cherry Chapsticks too far outta my lip line? Can't have that shut goin down..... I have a couple possibilities of places to stay temporarily, from some reallllllly awesome people that I never would've guessed, which could work out really good. That way I can actually drive around and look at places myself, from there, instead having to drive 2000 miles to do it within a few days time.

Monique R. replied:
I went to dr. Magid for years, as he was with another dentist who retired & he got the practice. They moved buildings & got TVs in the rooms, & they assigned me to a nonstaff hygenist. Customer service went down & things changed in my opinion. So I started shopping around. Healthy smile had a special so my son & husband went their. The female dentist said my son had 3 cavities. When we got the 1st one fixed she was 20 min late for appt & didnt use novacaine to fix the cavity. So I went to n. Oakland dental to get a second opinion regarding my son's supposed other 2 remaining cavities. Saw Dr. Ferri there. He was super nice. Said super small cavities didnt require attention & since baby teeth would probably loose the teeth before the cavities were a problem. My son & husband have been going to n. Oakland dental now for 2 yrs and we love them. But I was still shopping due to my ins which a friend recommended Dr. Kroury. He hands down has the best staff, greatest customer service & best prices. I had a mercury filling changed to white & he discounted cost since ins didnt cover that. I want to switch my husband & son to Dr. Kroury but my husband & son like the people there too much. Great staff their also, but little more costly. But having experienced these different dentists, I wish I would've switched to years ago. Hope that helped. Best wishes
