I'd recommend Ryan plumbing (http://www.ryanplumbingheating.com/). I just had them in a few days ago to snake my house's main sewage pipe. They charged around $75 an hour but were quick and just really good to deal with. Hopefully it's nothing more than a clogged drain for you. my problems started with slow drains in the bathroom and kitchen and worked there way to the main pipe leading out of the house and sewage backing up into my basement. Get someone in as soon as you can to make sure it's nothing serious.
