(& I've had to deal with quite a few that Tenants have messed up) His hourly rate is slightly more than the average, but he'll save $ in the long run because they are SO efficient. Thanks, everyone! June, we found the leak & fixed it a month ago. Looking like we had 10,000+ gallons of water leak under the house. We have a major crack in the slab, where it shifted, and a crack in the foundation. Mick Collins with English Heritage Stoneworks is my (awesome) contractor. Mick Collins...you freakin' crack me up!!

Tina, RamJack gives free estimates. A good friend of mine had over 101,000 gallons of water leak under their foundation. If they could fix that, they should have no problem with yours.
