Santoro Oil is great. They offer full service contracts. When purchasing a service contract, don't get the least expensive one. They do not cover anything related to water. For instance, if you have a forced hot air system that uses water, the basic contract will not cover anything if they have to drain the system or if you have a leak. Try to get the best service contract possible. It might be expensive at first; but, overtime it's well worth it. My landlords had constant problems with Buckley. I know firsthand, because when they're not here, I had to deal with Buckley. (We now have gas.) They don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. As for Petro, I wouldn't go with them either, cuz they're way too expensive & their service isn't all that great either. Santoro was always good to my family. It's family-owned & operated & they'll clean your furnace well. My mother had Petro & they did not clean the furnace well. My mother got more frequent oil deliveries than she did with Santoro. That's because Santoro did a thorough cleaning; whereas Petro didn't. Btw, I used to work for both Petro & Santoro. Santoro gave us Christmas bonuses; whereas Petro didn't. That should tell you something right there. You take care of your employees & they're going to take care of your customers.

Amy Sonder at Easterbrooks & Associates is fantastic. She is pretty busy but does good work and is reasonably priced! 401-667-7770
