I have been to Red's on Federal Hill multiple times, most recently I've gone to Forbidden Flesh in Coventry with Dennis (highly recommend), and I have heard great things about Black Lotus. Also there is a lady in Narragansett that I've been following who looks amazing, Rachel WS Custom Tattoo.
