Superb Maids. I use them a few times a year and they are great. Enter "reddit" on coupon area and get 10% off. They usually send two people and it takes them about 3-4 hours to do a deep clean on my 2000 sqft 4 bed house. I'm in no way affiliated with them, just a happy customer.

My wife and I just had a first "deep clean" appointment with a company called Blanco Cleaning. My wife's co-worker recommended them and they did an incredible job. $260 for our 1800 sq ft house for our initial deep cleaning, $150 ish a month after that.

We use Carol Kings Cleaning Service. They charge $25 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. I had a 1500 sq ft house (we are clean and tidy as well) so the 3 hours was perfect. We just moved into a 2300 sq ft house so I'm assuming I may need 4-5 hours now. But they are great!
